Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GroupAlarm app and website (the "Service"), provided by Yuktikara ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GroupAlarm. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.
• You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app.

3. Alarms are not a guaranteed service

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, threaten, spam, or abuse others, or to send unlawful or offensive content.
• Attempt to access data, circles, or accounts that are not yours, or to circumvent security controls.
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

Circle admins may remove or block members, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create (chat messages, alarm labels, voice notes, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and your circles. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, and forms part of these Terms.

7. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may also require you to update to a supported version of the app to keep using the Service. We are not liable for any interruption or loss of data resulting from maintenance, updates, or factors outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and reliability of alarm delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuktikara will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for missed alarms, lost data, or lost opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
